Best BBQ around my new favorite
Whenever I’m in Dallas for work, this place was always closed. Today, I was finally able to go. I ordered the Holy Trinity Plate. Brisket was the best I’ve ever had! Sausage was tasty with a kick. Pork rib was ok; was on the drier side. Nevertheless, worth standing in line for an hour. I’ll be back again to have more of their brisket. Met the owner, Todd. Nice and friendly guy. This join is his “hobby”.
The Burnt end beans are the best ever! the ribs smoke and flavor are a 9.5 out of 10!
What's not to recommend. Opened only a few days a week. We got there 30 minutes before opening and there was already a long line. Everything was great. We had perfect burnt ends, brisket, chopped whole hog, pork ribs, beans, coleslaw and potato salad. If on the lookout for good barbque, look no further, go here!
The food is the best I have had. The people are golden. The meat selection will wow you!
First time there today and the food was great. I had the Texas trio with brisket , pork ribs and a sausage link and it was excellent. They even gave me a free beer ! This place is every bit as good as places I've been to in Hill Country !
OMG, this was my first time trying and let me tell you, that brisket is off the chain! They were out of sides, never go before closing (I've learned my lesson), but I did get some potato salad and crack cake (OMG, this cake is delicious) and everyone was very nice! If you have not tried, please do but do not wait until closing time.
meat was fantastic great service
Brisket and pork ribs were amazing, well worth the wait!!
