Worst waiter ever! If her name is amber might as well walk out. She will roll her eyes,be impatiant,rush you and give you attuide. Other then that food was good.
Honestly, I've never had a problem with this place until yesterday. Worst possible service by far. The waiter seemed very impatient when taking our orders. Refused to tell my gram what types of dressings they had. Not all restaurants have the same. We had no utensils to start our dinners with. The waiter forgot to bring out the bread; when he did, there wasn't a knife to cut or butter with. Twice we asked for hot water, didn't bring it. Friday night place was packed. Short wait and was seated. Sam is the best server super cool super fast. Everything was great.
Ordered a 8 oz medium Filet Mignon & it came bloody red so sent back. Took a very long tome to return. Everyone in my party had already finished their meal. When it came back it was very well done and over cooked. Sent back again but by this time I was pretty disappointed that a steakhouse could not cook a filet medium and with the rest of the table. Finally got the medium way late to enjoy and angry by the experience.Hope the management can turn around this poor quality food.
This place has really gone to the dogs steak was old and salad was drowned in dressing after it was sitting in the walk in on the plate it was served on gross will not eat here again
I had to send my prime rib back and by the time I got it back I had eaten my potato and my appatizers were so bad I took them home for my dogs the shrimp on my cocktail were so damm dry and the potato skins were greasy and had cheese,melted to one side and the rest bad bear I will not go there agin
Great good and great service! My favorite lunch spot.
