Best salad bar. Their attempt at being a high class steakhouse is a failure in my book because the steaks are not of decent quality but the other food they have on the menu is good.
Cattle Baron Steak Cattle Baron's has the best salad bar in Midland and Odessa. So many choices, also has a good chicken fried steak. Very affordable and highly recommendable.
This has one of the best salad bars in town, and everytime I've gone its fresh. This place also has the best prime rib (if you're a meat eater) that you'll ever try. I love it!
