The Cattle baron Prime Rib and Seafood is one of Midland’s finest steakhouse. The salad bar has everything you. An ask for when it comes to salad and green chili stew and they have added menudo. They also have a steakhouse chicken to die for, however I had the prime rib with broiled mushroom and believe me the broiled mushrooms are the best I have ever had��

Amazing! Food was beyond expectations! If you're looking for a great steak this is your place! Loved their homestyle mashed potatoes. Even better than the food was the service, from the minute we walked in till we left. Definitely recommend!
Nasty food ! Incompetent waitstaff & worthless managers
Horrible experience! The waitress didn’t come back to check on us for almost an hour, only to realize that she messed up and didn’t even put our order in! Then she asked us what we had ordered and proceeded to ask me if I still wanted her to put our order in! Really?!?! I will never eat there again!! 👎🏽👎🏽
