We had the worst lunch experience, I initially ordered a sandwich and decided I wanted the salad bar instead. The waitress stepped over to a table next to ours to take their order, I caught her before she left and asked if I could change my order to the salad bar and she told me “no”. Our drinks didn’t come out until our lunch order came out, the French dip sandwich we ordered was so dry it couldn’t be eaten. My husband’s steak was bloody, when it should have been well done. The rice was under cooked. Over all his food was cold. He also came down with food poisoning. As for myself, I had the salad bar which was disappointing. There were rotten veggies, food that tasted old and just not very satisfying. If we ever make our way to Midland again, we will never eat here again.

It is a really good easy going restaurant. The salad bar is super, and fresh. We enjoy eating here, the food is good and the wait staff are friendly.
First time we came it was great this was our second time here and it was the worst ever they brought the wrong food and when we got it it was cold the salad bar was always empty and dirty really disappointed �

The Cattle baron Prime Rib and Seafood is one of Midland’s finest steakhouse. The salad bar has everything you. An ask for when it comes to salad and green chili stew and they have added menudo. They also have a steakhouse chicken to die for, however I had the prime rib with broiled mushroom and believe me the broiled mushrooms are the best I have ever had��
Excellent service. Steak a bit gristly. Could the music go down in volume?
