Actually, I cannot critisize/complain about any part of my visit. In fact, everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The hygienist was exceptional, explaining every procedure as it took place. Overall, this was the best experience I've had on a Dental visit that I can remember. Thank you, and thank you again for the first visit discount.

My technician, Cookie, was fantastic. She clearly explained everything to me at a reasonable level. She has a great energy. However, I felt rushed by the dentist, who chastised me about my teeth, even though I had clearly explained that a financial situation had caused me to go some time without dental care. I felt that was unprofessional and called undue attention to my less-than-ideal financial situation. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was amazed and pleased that although I had not previously been a patient (referred by my daughter who is a patient), I was fit in immediately for a minor dental emergency. Although only enough time for an initial exam had been scheduled, I was leaving town for several days and Dr. Johnson and Becca worked through their lunch hour in order to do a temporary crown. This was service above and beyond what I could reasonably expect. Thank you.

Danielle was great and the new doctor was awsome. I bought the teeth whitening kit so hopefully it will work and add to my bright clean smile! I think everyone there was polite and friendly and AWSOME experience!
