While all persons I encountered during my session were very nice and personable, I simply started not very impressed when I waited over 30 mins. past my scheduled appointment. My dentis, however, was very assuring and explained in detail what would follow on future visits.

I was very pleased with the attention I received by all the staff members. I am having a cap placed on my back tooth, so the final product is not complete. If all goes as well as the first 2 steps I am sure I will be very satisfied. I really appreciated the phone call from Dr. Baylon the night of my appointment to make sure everything was going well. A very nice touch..

I had a new dental hygienist who was very good. My regular hygienist is good too. I always feel welcomed there and you run on time which is very important. I am not a fan of the water pick you use to clean teeth.
