I am impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I did wait almost 20 minutes for my 7 a.m. appointment (the first of the day, so I could get to work on time).

let the patient know its a charge for missing or changing your appointment plus its a fee for getting information about teeth on your first visit

Your office did not have correct information on me as far as my dental history was concerned. Both Dr. Johnson and her asst. "Becca" were very nice and professional with me.
