I was seen by Dr. Johnson within 10 minutes of arriving and completing my paperwork. The reception staff was warm and friendly. Dr. Johnson identified and explained my dental issue in a respectful manner (very reassuring that it was common, not to be embarrassed etc.) She was very personable and addressed my concerns and answered any questions that I had. From the time I walked into the office until I left, everyone was welcoming and professional. "The" best dental experience to date! I have not visited the dentist regularly for more than a decade and that is about to change with Drs. Leikin, Baylin, and Johnson.
