Everyone is always nice and welcoming from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. They listen and do what you ask them to do to make you comfortable (i.e. a pillow to support my neck, not telling me the steps they are doing at my request- I just want to know when it starts and when it is over). They respect you and the few times in the past five or more years I have had to change my appointment they have been very gracious about it.
got appointment same day. didn't have to wait to be seen in exam room. fast and excellent service form all the staff.
I just recently had a cavity filled. Now this is only my second in my 43 years of life so needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive. Plus I had to bring my daughter. Everyone was so accommodating to put me at ease and check on my daughter. My appointment was at 1:00 pm and I was out by 1:26 pm. If I needed them to stop, they stopped. Very precise in what was being done, showing me the tools, and talked to me. While I was a tad scared, I left with a smile and pleased the outcome. Kudos to all! Thank you:)
This place is as good as it gets! I came here a day after being told that I needed all sorts of extra treatment at another dentist office. This office took care of me and fixed me up without any gimmicks and sales pitches. I've been waiting to find a hygienist that is as good as this one! Can't thank them enough and can't wait to go back!
From the moment that I am greeted to when I'm checking out, I have consistently felt like the most important patient in this practice at each and every visit over the years. The providers, particularly Marianne and Dr. Baylin, are the kindest caretakers who I trust immensely. Run, don't walk!
