I would have given this last visit a customary five stars except for the delay in our departure caused by a mix up about our Smile program. Granted, we had a trainee who was just beginning her job experience, but the explanation of our coverage took too long and was very confusing to us. Everyone was, as expected, courteous and friendly. Great experience! I can honestly say I hate going to the dentist. I went to Catonsville Dental for a second opinion on quite a lot of work I needed done. I saw Dr Hubbard, and right away I could tell she understood my concerns about the work I needed and the cost. I decide to set up a appointment and have her begin the work. I just finished half of the work today with Dr Hubbard. I am so pleased with the results that I can't stop smiling and looking at my teeth in the mirror. I've been with this dental group for about 10 years. Had several hygienists and three of the dentists (had to have an urgent root canal). I've found the group to be very professional and to take time to discuss dental care and issues with me. I've been so satisfied with them that I referred my wife as well as a co-worker to them.
Great place , friendly and helpful staff
I went to the same dentist back on Virginia since I was 4 years old until we moved to Baltimore this year where I visited your office. Let's just say I didn't know what a true dental office should look like after almost 30 years of going somewhere else. Your office was immaculate, staff friendly and the equipment used is top of the line. I wasn't able to bring my 2.5 year old to a babysitter that morning last minute so I had to bring her with me to the dentist. I am a dentist from out of town who needed emergency dental care. In addition to practicing dentistry I was a professor of diagnosis at the University of Illinois. Dr. Leiken was phenomenal. My son and his family are so lucky to have him as their dentist.
This was my first time visiting Catonsville dental care, but certainly not my last! Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made me feel at ease and treated me like a friend, not just a patient! I will be recommending to all my family and friends that are looking for a dental office!
