One of the best insurance agents I’ve had!
My boyfriend had a policy with them and while he did they were wonderful and took care of all our needs. However getting the policy cancelled has taken over a month and a payment was withdrawn after receiving a letter stating nothing would be taken out of our account. It has been over 2 weeks of waiting on a refund just to find out they never cancelled the policy and is showing it as an active account. Bottom line if you do business with them do not allow them to Auto withdrawal from your account
