Our whole experience working with Cathy was fantastic! We were searching remotely with a few key visits that helped us really see what was available and clarified what we wanted...not only for Cathy, but ourselves! She is authentic and really listened to us. She was patient and kept us on track through the “nervous” moments inherent in any negotiation! We have a home that we are so happy with and are grateful to Cathy to have worked with her on this transaction!
