As pleasant as a two hour dental appointment can be! Great work overall, great explanation of what is going on by Dr. Lee, nice, helpful dental assistants. Loved the tour of Europe! (Maybe next time a tour of Thailand or India?) Honestly, most pleasant experience at a dentist I've ever had. Thank you.

It's already a painful notion going to the dentist so you have to pick someone who understands that from the get-go. Natasha and her staff are wonderful, professional, and all love their jobs and do an amazing job taking care of patients. Highly recommend them....
This was the first time I saw Dr. Lee. She was unhurried, thorough, totally focused on me, informative and reassuring. She listened to my concerns and took her time to address them specifically and completely. She is clearly highly skilled and personable and fun as well. To have this kind of interaction in a dental office is amazing in itself -- to have this kind of interaction in a practice as busy and popular as Dr. Lee's is nothing short of amazing. I've been seeing Natasha for several years now and it's always been a smooth, pleasant experience. Natasha and her assistants are always cheerful and welcoming. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!
I don't think I'm alone in having an aversion to dental offices. However, Dr. Lee and her staff are breaking me of that aversion. I wouldn't say that I love going to the dentist now, but at least I don't dread it the way I did with other dentists. The entire staff at Better Living Through Dentistry is fantastic. They take great care of my choppers! They're even good with my 6yo son. I recommend Better Living Through Dentistry to all my friends, family and coworkers in San Francisco.
I love Dr. Lee. She is kind and makes me feel relaxed and is completely devoted to making sure the appointments are pain free.
