I went to this office for the first time yesterday and I was really impressed with the whole experience from starting at the front desk to finishing with the dentist. I understand now why this office had such strong recommendations from people I know and trust.
I "hate" going to the dentist but really appreciate how sensitive and professional your services are.
So far, so good! The dentist is informative, educational, and has the latest technology and tools. She spent a lot of time and answered many questions patiently and thoughtfully.
Dr. Lee continues to be the most amazing and impressive dentist I've ever had.
Dr. Lee is great. She really takes the time to get to know you and explain things to you. She and her staff use very high-tech equipment (e.g., iPads, digital x-rays, etc.). I have Delta Dental insurance and they covered the full cost of the new-patient exam, and also my follow-up cleaning.
Gentle. Patient. Informative. All of these describe Dr. Lee's approach to dentistry and explaining the process as she works. It's always a pleasure to go in! Great staff! All-around great experience.
Angela, as always, did a fantastic job. She is very talented and a great asset to BLTD!
