Worst experience ever!! Stay away from the whole brokerage. We decided we wanted to refinance and not sell 2 months into our listing agreement and, and Cathy would NOT take our house off the market. We had to wait until our listing agreement expired to be able to refinance our house because even with lawyers involved she would not let us out of the listing agreement amicably. Hire any other realtor!! Cathy is truly a horrible, passive aggressive nasty person. Learn from us, and do not hire her!
