Cathie is the absolute best. I don’t know how we got so lucky to get her with our first at buying a home. It worked out perfectly. Cathie is amazing! She was so patient and helpful in find the perfect house within our budget. We ended up switching lenders so there was a delay in closing, and then it felt like one thing after another and our closing was continuously being pushed back. Cathie was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We highly recommend her and will definitely be back when we decide/if to sell and purchase again.
