[Huge thank you to Amber who spent a great deal of time facilitating my appointment with Dr Yee.] Dr Yee is outstanding. First thing I noticed was her personable manner and smile (even behind the mask). Terrific listener. Methodical and smart in assessment of my problem and in formulating next steps.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Dr. Catherine Yee was the worst. Meet with Dr. Yee on Sept. 30th, after a week of not hearing anything, we reached out to the office, they told us that they are still waiting on her to finish and sign off on her chart notes to be able to submit it to insurance. Called back every other day for the next 30 days. Still Waiting. Each time we called, they are still waiting. Catherine Yee is not only a very wonderful, knowledgeable doctor, but she is also kind and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend her!
