Trust me when I say, find another doctor's office. These clowns somehow managed to lose my test results, that I have been waiting more than a month for - even now I still don't know anything. Not only am I finished with this clinic as a patient, but I am considering some legal options.

I also have not been able to talk with anyone at the office regarding scheduling appointments, have left several messages. I had to go to urgent care to have my high blood pressure medication renewed due to no response from the office. Time to change.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. O’Connell for years and have enjoyed her caring, holistic approach to medicine, but I have to say in recent years we feel that her office is run poorly. The phone is never answered and often there are no call backs even when one leaves a message and/or a request. I’m wondering what to do now.

Horrible very irresponsible staff. But, I love the doctor. I don't understand how she still have clients. I have been calling and leaving multiple emails regarding the insurance. They always send a diagnostic code for billing even though it is just an annual exam. From September I have been calling and leaving emails. No response. Now I have to pay for the lab work. I cannot afford to take a day off to go to the office and fix this mess. Hope they will respond. Never going back or refer to any

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Connell for approx. 12 years. I had to leave her practice due to how rude her staff is. In addition, I was never able to get a return call, or prescriptions ordered for me. I have even ran out of medication while waiting for them to call me back. I have always thought very highly of Dr. O'Connell and wonder why she has let this happen to her patients and her practice. Huge disappointment!!

Although Dr. O'Connell is super, her staff is rude, lazy and just not good for her business. It takes more than 2 messages to get a call back from Monica. The messages on their answering machine is always quite old. Monica and the nurse, Sam, are friends so you can't voice your concern about them to each other. Please let Dr. O'Connell know your concerns if you EVER get an appointment with her. She needs to know about her staff, the truth.

I have had many physicians in my lifetime and Catherine is by far the most intelligent, caring and inspiring physician I have ever had. She truly cares about the well being of her patients and is an incredible listener of not only what the patient says but what the patient is actually asking for.

I have been a patient of Dr. O’Connell for a number of years and like her very much. Last year when the results of my blood work arrived I was called and needed to come in for a consultation. I was diagnosed pre-diabetic. I also had gained weight and basically had let myself go. Dr. O’Connell recommended the blood type O diet and told me to loose weight and to check back in a year.. well in a year I took my doctors advice and lost thirty pounds! I work out everyday and follow the O diet.
