I have used Dr. Gaffney for twelve years. She and her nurse, Dot, are helpful, pleasant, and very capable. They listen, treat patients with respect and explain things well. Dr. Gaffney is knowledgeable and willing to refer when appropriate. I’m grateful to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Gaffney is the best Doctor in Tulsa or even in Oklahoma. She genuinely cares about me. She takes time with me in our appointments. I never have to wait from the moment i check in at her office i am back with her within 5 minutes. Ususally less. I just trust her to know the best medical decisions for me and if she thinks of something after i leave she will give me a call.
Her medical assistant Dorothy is a very cold person. Shows no compassion, empathy, or anything else. Pretty much like a robot. I think Dr. Gaffney is a good doctor but I don’t think I can take Dorothy anymore. Recently had a pretty urgent medication matter going on & Dr. Gaffney was off for the entire week. Called the office 3 times practically begging for one of her partners to help me. No one ever bothered to return any of my calls. Still didn’t call me back even when she got back in town!!!!!
