I was treated by Dr. Choi in November 2022 for routine eyelid surgery to correct droopy eyelids. She was unprofessional in that she told me to indicate if I was in pain, and when I did, she ignored me and did not stop. I had many side-effects which I discussed with my primary care doctor, who told me to talk to Dr. Chen. I called her office, and she refused to talk to me. I was disoriented after the procedure and no one offered to walk me out.
