conan i wish i see negative stars to give them. very bad apartments.i was treated for bed bugs 6 times and if i had any busy class the day of treatment and i couldnt pack my stuff i wass charged additional 300 bucks.leasing head is very rash towards tenants.
BEDBUGS..!!!! Our apartment had lots of bedbugs. No treatment could resolve the problem. So when we tried to left the apartment even that time management didn't let us go easily even we were ready to pay the penalty for lease break.
A good Apartment with some flaws I have been a resident for almost a year now and honestly, I love my place. Did I have to deal with a minor pest problem? Yes. In reality, that is any place you move to where you live in a building with other people. BEWARE!!!! This is one of the most horrible apartment complexes! The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I had to constantly remind and beg for maintenance to fix anything in my apartment and nothing ever got fix. This place is also CRAWLING with bed bugs and if you find them and report them they penalize you for it! And if that isn't bad enough a member of the staff would use their access to the keys to my apartment and then break into my place when I wasn't home (because somehow they knew when and when not I was hom... read more
Cathedral tower management just are you want to talk about the management of this tower , special I talk about the manager I don't know her name and the man work in the reception. just i park my car infront of the tower . To visit my friend . he live in the tower after a few minutes the manager call to towing my car without any notes and I see her before I went to visit my friend in the tower and she don't tell me about the parking . Cathedral Tower Apartments This is a really great location in Detroit, MI. The maintenance team is fantastic, they always do their best to make sure everyone is as happy as they can be. It's right on WSU campus and is a half an hour walk from downtown. There are some pest problems from time to time, but it comes with the territory. Rent is actually rather reasonable, but I figured I would try my luck.
This apartment community is better The apartment is cool and it's very near to the Wayne State. Cool neighborhood.
