Please DO NOT rent here! The management is horrible. I have been renting a spot for a car in their garage for 3 years. Recently I was laid off with the DC purge and had to leave DC. I gave them one months notice via email and got no reply. I spoke to 2 people on the phone who said they got the email and would handle and still nothing. Then a month later, our credit card got charged the $300 that it costs to park there which by then I had already left DC.
