Please DO NOT rent here! The management is horrible. I have been renting a spot for a car in their garage for 3 years. Recently I was laid off with the DC purge and had to leave DC. I gave them one months notice via email and got no reply. I spoke to 2 people on the phone who said they got the email and would handle and still nothing. Then a month later, our credit card got charged the $300 that it costs to park there which by then I had already left DC. Great location, clean & safe building. Maintenance team is very responsive.
This is a beautifully maintained building with lots of character. Management is open and receptive to asks / suggestions, and there are no pests (I say this because it was very important to me when I was researching apartments, and can say that has truly been my experience here). There is also a ridiculously pretty courtyard with BBQ grills if you’re searching for outdoor space.
I have lived here for 5+ years. It is a great building. The staff are nice. The maintenance work is done promptly. And, it's a stellar location. I could not ask for more!
