Catfish Floyd's, today.... A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.......... Fake filetes, hard, no meat at all. Sadddddddd
They made me wait almost an hour to tell me that they didn't have tilapia. They gave me one order but not the other. Then the girl that told me to go around front to wait on my 2nd order was the one who the girl that took my order blamed for not knowing they were out of tilapia. They gave me my money back but I can't get the time I wasted back. They ruined my whole night.
Customer service was very poor and unprofessional...Waited for an hr and 20 mins for my order fish,fries and hush puppies only to get on the frw to hide back to Ftw to find out that they didn't put my hush puppies in my bag. The fish was nasty,it taste like it been battered in old batter...I was very disappointed because I had drove all the way from Ftw to get some Catfish Floyd's fish,,,VERY DISAPPOINTED
I will never visit this place again. Very arrogant and rude establishment. The food was less than average also. HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from going here.
