Came here to celebrate my mother’s birthday since this WAS her favorite fish place since I was younger. However, WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED! The food orders were all mixed up. We didn’t receive hush puppies until our food came out. Even when everyone food came out, we still had to wait on our sides ! A lot of people were done eating their meal before the sides came out. Came to catfish cabin, because I heard about the “new renovations” but was deeply, disappointed. First and foremost, the waitress informed us that they had 1 bottle of sprite, 4-5 cokes no lemonade, no lemons. The hush puppies were oily, the fries were the same and cold! We received half of our food first because the warmers were broken and the sides (fries, slaw, macaroni, green beans and corn) 20 minutes later. The service was so poor. We booked a party of 20 and they did not have it listed. One cook and two waitress and we waited so long for our food. When I food fonally came out it was cold and no sides til later. Some still never did get their sides. The waitress was very apologetic but it wasn't their fault. Poor poor service and business. This is so unacceptable. Will spread the word. Very poor management
Came for a birthday celebration. Service and food was terrible. Only had one sprite. Food was cold. Fries and slaw never came out. I will not come back. They really need to improve their food and service. Chef Ramsey needs to come back or maybe he gave up!!!!!

Wow..very poor service, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. went to celebrate my friend birthday the service was terrible no refill on your beverages and long wait time for your food and at the end everybody meal ticket is wrong..what a terrible experience but never again at this place and will spread the word
Heard about the renovations and wanted to check out the new digs..., but ended up deeply disappointed. Parking lot needs repaving, fish fillet portions were nugget size, chicken tenders uncooked, and waitress seemed to working alone. This place used to be one of the best restaurants in Memphis! Not anymore!
