Fried whole catfish was not fresh (not flakey) and the rib cage on both were so dried out to a crunch. Half of dozen hush puppies were dark and appeared to have been recooked. I really want my money back because I do not trust the workers there anymore.

It had been many years ago since I last dined here. I saw the Gordon Ramsey makeover episode featuring Catfish Cabin and so I figured I would try them out again. I didn't get to enjoy the newly remodeled dining room because I wasn't seated there, but that's OK. The food is the main thing! I ordered the fried oysters and they were delicious! First time visiting. I would definitely return. The catfish, hushpuppies and sweet tea are all top notch. And if that were not enough, Ms. Virginia is wonderful.
