I had a very bad experience with this catering service and even went as far as to report the problem to BBB. I paid the full amount of what was required according to the contract I signed. The chef agreed that everything would be to my liking from decorations to the food on down to the service in general. $500.00 was required upfront to my total cost and the remaining before the event. I had an appointment on March 30, 2013 to discuss meal options and pricing for my upcoming wedding. I arrived at the Catering By Lanetta location and was disappointed to find that the the location was locked, with no one inside. I decided to call a few times and leave a voicemail, neither of which were returned. While standing outside of the establishment, I was very surprised to see how messy the inside of the place was.
