Me and a friend had a lovely piercing experience with Mica today! They were so lovely and gentle during our piercings and explained everything we needed to know. I’ll definitely be coming back here to buy jewelry.
My boyfriend and I both got our ears pierced by Mikaela yesterday at their Anniversary celebration and are so happy! The process was super easy, quick, and pain free. No pain even after sleeping on it! She took the time to make sure we were happy with the placement and was super sweet. Everyone there is so friendly and the jewelry is so cutie! 10/10 recommend
These people are amazing and I will be shopping here every mothers day. The story: My wife is a new mother and for mothers day every year I plan on buying her a gold dipped flower. Well on a mistake of my own I ordered one to an old address of mine. After reaching out to support, Quinn, gave me a one time courtesy resending it and not only sending me a new one but EXPIDITING it at no charge to me so I would get it before mothers day. Mica at this location is the absolute best! They took time to explore permanent jewelry options with me with me including placement and pricing. I am so pleased with how my stack turned out. They went over the look several times to make sure I’d be happy and let me know I had 30 days to resize. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back to build my jewelry wardrobe with Mica!
