People who work there are kind. The billing practice of the Catawba Valley Medical Center is backwards (note this is not the person in Sherrills Ford -she was as helpful as possible). CVMC double billed, apologized and then try and collect AGAIN months later after the issue was to have been resolved. Will be reporting issue to the BBB also. I will NEVER return due to their negligent accounting practices. Double billing for labs is FRAUD.
