Today, June 28, 2025, we were part of a group tour organized by Cataract Travels to Niagara Falls. While the sightseeing experience was decent, the behavior of the bus driver completely ruined the day for us. After visiting several locations, we were on our way to our next stop – Goat Island. Worst tour I’ve even taken.Overpriced. Busses were dirty and UGLY and driver was rude. Don’t know how the owner is able to sleep with his “beautifully” landscaped yard well showing what is left of crumbling Niagara Falls.
Never got back to me on a pricing for a trip.
Awful. Days go by with no response. 45 days later and still no solid info and nothing booked. Thought using an agency would be less stressfull. Wrong. Going somewhere else.
