WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Mark does not return phone calls and won't return our awning from cleaning. Looks like I'll have to sue them.
We contracted for a replacement residential awning in September, 2021, to be installed in spring of 2022. After several promises of completion dates stretching through the entire summer of 2022, we never did receive a new cover and asked for a refund of our deposit in early October. We’re still waiting for the check as of the middle of November. We would NOT recommend this company.
