I contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle they had advertised online. Before making the trip, I called their main office to confirm the vehicle was in stock. I was told it was available and encouraged to drive to Bakersfield to test-drive it and potentially take it home that day. Based on that confirmation, I drove approximately 95 miles one way. They are the worse i purchased a car here and broke down a month after and they didn’t help solve the problem and than they claimed to say I didn’t pay my monthly payment which I did I had receipts so I truly don’t recommend this place at all
Sold a car, they stated it passed a smog check &’ checked at another mechanic shop and it didn’t pass the smog check. As well, the car keeps giving more problems and they couldn’t solve the problem.
If it was possible I would give them zero stars! I went there with enough money to purchase a $9999 vehicle with cash. I read the sticker and it said that the kelly blue book was only $5274! I asked the salesman about that and he said that they have to make some money and that it was going to be $11,000 out the door because of taxes etc! So NO breaks even though I was going to pay for it out right, apparently they had to make $5,000 for themselves. The worst, place I have ever been to...... I guess we was wrong color...2 co signer, and 1000 down and pay off in January...... I would NEVER get a car from this place EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!so don't waste your time on this place
