Terrible experience from start to finish. I went to Catano Auto Sales Inc. hoping for a straightforward car-buying process, but the customer service was absolute garbage. Jessie Portillo was the most unhelpful, unprofessional salesperson I have ever dealt with. From giving completely dishonest pricing information to ghosting me for days when I tried to follow up on paperwork, the lack of basic communication and respect was staggering. Myself and family members have bought quite a few cars from them. Yes they are a bit pricey but what you gonna do if you have bad credit and they just want a down payment and don't even run your credit. Great Family owned business. They work with you as long as you keep communication open. I will always go to them if I need a car .
I swear I will never ever step foot in this dealership. Why? Cause the two times I went there I was treated like dirt. Both guys acted like they didn't have time to bother. They didn't try to sell me anything. Instead I was made to feel so unwelcomed. Twice, two different guys at that. Here's the funny part, both times I had my money right ready to finance a car. Instead I went somewhere else and got my bmw on a way better deal
