While the therapist I saw was nice, the administrative procedures are in need of major improvement. I reached out about a specific provider and was told I'd have to meet with the intake coordinator first. That wasn't appreciated, but it is pretty standard. More concerningly, their billing company failed to register when I'd met my deductible for the year. Instead of taking out my coinsurance, they auto-drafted the full session fee. NP JoAnn B. has been very kind and knowledgeable. I've appreciated her listening ear and feedback as well as encouragement.
Contacted this office for therapy services for my son. They reached out to me to complete intake paperwork on 5/31 and said they would have openings in a few weeks. It’s been two months and no one has returned my calls or my emails. Called at least three times and emailed on 7/5 and again on 7/26. Extremely disappointing.
