I moved into catalyst in August of 2019. I had a lease until July 31 of 2020. My apartment had damages when I moved in and I filled them out appropriately on my move in sheet and turned it into the office. Due to the covid pandemic, I was not living in my apartment for four months and I came back July 6th to clean out my room and common area. Parents, stay as far away as possible from Catalyst and all sister properties! Do not accept a lease if they don't make you put down a deposit, this is scam. When you put down a deposit, they are required by law to sent a CERTIFIED letter with a refund or what the plan on charging for damages. Without that deposit, they will lie and say that they sent a letter when in reality they did not. This will also allow them to send out (if they even do) the letter way past the 30 days and then in turn send you to collections when you... read more

The only reason this apartment complex is receiving one star, is because I have no option to give it zero stars. I was attempting to hold back on writing a review until a later date, but with all of the parents seeking apartments for their children, I think this review is needed now more than ever. Perfect distance from campus and loved the sundeck!
Best apartment complex in the area!! Maintenance is always on top of things, is helpfully and always fast. The clubhouse parties and food always make my weeks better. Living here has been the best decision I've made!
