I have been living at Catalina Gardens Essex for more than two years, and I would like to recognize Blanca Reyes for her hard work and dedication. I have seen how much effort she puts into keeping the building clean and well-maintained, despite the large number of residents living here. Blanca is always working hard, cleaning the common areas, and doing her best to make sure the property looks its best. Her commitment and positive attitude do not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything she does for our community.

RENTER BEWARE!! (Update 05/05/26: Water and sewage costs have increased by nearly 50%. This cost is supposedly decided by what the building uses, and split among the residents based on your apt. For a 2 bdrm 2 bath. I paid $86 for water and $47 for sewage in May 2025. In May 2026, $132 for water & $81 for sewage. Essex is an absolute racket. Squeezing every nickel they can out of residents.
