My stay from July 29, 2024, to July 28, 2025, was very pleasant. The residents are calm and respectful. Occasionally, you'll find dog urine in the elevators. Parking spaces are charged separately, as are utility fees (I didn't know this when I signed the contract), and this significantly impacts the total cost. In the second month, I was charged $35 for a parking space for an electric car (I don't have one). I complained, but never received a refund.
