*EDITED* The drainage issue has finally been dealt with. The maintenance reported that they were just given the work order, when there is in fact proof of the landlady getting reports of this issue since late 2022, and she is blaming the tenant for the issue, now. Still not impressed. At all. Still have yet to deal with massive drainage issues involving probably more than one apartment.
