If you're worried about COVID-19 then DO NOT stay here. The room wasn't sanitized. We get there and only stayed 6 hours out of our 4 day trip. There were bugs in the bed. Small black dots in the bed which were believed to be bug feces. The room had German cockroaches. The trash cans still had trash in them. The fridge and stove still had pieces of food in them. The drain had food stuck in it. The towels were stained. The air conditioning didn't cool the room either. I was told I'd get a refund. Guess what I'm still waiting.... read more
Run fast and far! This place is truly horrendous. I booked online using booking.com. I booked several hours before our arrival. I attempted to contact the company multiple times via phone with no response. Instructions after booking were that the information for accessing the unit and unit number would be sent via email, this didn't come until about 2 hours before we arrived, and after I left several unreturned voicemails, and sent several emails.
