I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about living at Catalina. My husband, our dog, and I called this building home for three years, and we genuinely loved our time there. I always felt incredibly safe, loved the location, and never experienced any issues with break-ins or security during the entire time we lived there. Went from touring the facility to signing the lease within the week! The property is maintained exceptionally well and the location + amenities make it a rare gem in studio city. Rafael made the entire process so seamless and is probably the best property manager I have ever seen. His attention to detail and hospitality are unmatched, we’re very excited to live here!
