The Cat Hospital of Tidewater was founded in 1989 by Cynthia Bocian DVM, the first Cats Only animal hospital in the Tidewater area. It was first located in the Dixie Square Shopping Center. In 1995 the Cat Hospital moved to its current location, at the corner of Virginia Beach Blvd. and Poplar Hall Drive. We are just down the street from Military Circle Mall and Janaf Shopping Center. The only place to take your cat! The Cat Hospital of Tidewater is one of the only veterinarian clinic dedicated to cats in the Hampton Roads area. The Cat Hospital is hard to miss, with the outside of the building covered with painting of cats. After my brother first saw the Cat Hospital of Tidewater, he insisted that he take his cat there.
