STAY AWAY! I don't live in Dallas Tx so any business that I do with Cat Connection is done via the telephone or through their website. I have only thing to say, if you order a product and it is defective don't ask for the defective part you will never get it. I have waiting for one part for two weeks maybe more, i called them and the famous I don't know where it is. Cat Connection was recently bought by one the employees. She is young and she does not know what the hell she is doing. That store needs another man to run it. If I lived in Dallas I would not board my animals with them. My feeling is that they don't know what they are doing.

Kitties and their owners love Cat Connection This is where my sister takes her cat for grooming and I have been with her many times. I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the store and how well the cats are treated. If you have a cat, check it out. Quite Deceiving When I first stumbled across Cat Connection, I was excited to find a place that claimed to cater to the cat lover and their companion. However, I quickly realized they not only disrespected their customers, but also had no genuine compassion for these animals. If you dare ask them for their opinion or expertise on a product they offer, they act as though they are being extremely inconvienced and are totally void of knowledge. When dealing with the actual cats, they make no attempt to individualize service or act in any way that would be expected from a cat speciality store. They refuse to groom a male cat because of the simple fact that his reproductive organs are still intact. They do not take into account that this does not affect his temperment and when compared to most older, neutered males my unfixed male is exceptionally dosile and well trained. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!

Must Love Cats! This is the first review I've written and I had to write about the Cat Connection. I've been taking my 2 cats there for over 7 years now to be groomed and I can't say enough good things about the groomer and staff. I've owned cats all my life and I know how difficult they can be when you want to comb and brush them, mine included. I have one sweet angle and the other a holy terror! But what Pricilla (the groomer) does with both of them keeps me coming back. I can never get them to look as good as she does. They don't use any kind of tie-downs or restraints and I know they don't own a muzzle. That would really hack off my one cat because I know she already bites. Amazing Just out of curiosity, I looked around town to see if there were any other places that did cat only grooming, but there are none. Sure, there are lots of grooming shops that say they do cats, but they're doing it right next to barking dogs, plus they always tie them up on the table. When ever I go there to pick up my cat after she's been groomed, I like talking to the other customers about their cats and see their kitties. They look as good as mine and it makes me happy to know they care.

Great place for grooming and cat products I take my cat here for grooming and they are the best. She gets it all--massage, shampoo, trim, ear cleaning, and drying for one price. She always comes home happy, not stressed out. They also have great items you can't find at the bigger stores. And they have employees who are very knowledgeable about cat nutrition, and you can get samples of cat food. I like that they give you a report card for your cat that tells you what she got and how she did. The people are really nice and care about cats. Drop by if you are looking for a cat to adopt. They usually have one cat to adopt on-site. PROS: Great treatments and products, great price CONS: None

Very kind people My poor cat is scared of most people. She always goes and hides when people come to my house. She is very long hair with to many mats for me to get out, and it just kept getting worse. So I talked to these people about how me and my cat felt. So they said to make it easier for her, They could give her a little sleeping gas. Well, she did not know where her hair went. They were so kind and gentle with her. I will always come here for my cats needs.

Good products, crappy customer service. I had a friend who went here and really loved it. I've been here a few times to get food for our kitten and have a few questions since we are new to the "nicer" cat food. Both times I've asked pretty basic questions and it was like it was an inconvience to spend 2 minutes of his time to help a customer that is going to buy $50 worth of food. I keep going there because of their product selection, but maybe it's time to find another place.

heaven for cats I often go this place for glooming for my cat. The workers are very nice and take good care of cats, so I can tell my cat really enjoys glooming there. The price is very good compared to other competitive stores and they have a lot of items for pets. Also if you want to adopt cat, you can ask for it to them.
