I really don't even think they deserve one star, but I'll leave it at that since the office ladies were nice. However, the doctor? She's an absolute joke. Charged $59 for an office visit (on a saturday, so after hours). I got no answers, just the same thing I could have found out on Google for FREE. then wanted to get annoyed because I had further questions. Yeah, okay. Everyone here is super friendly, and were great with my dog.
The compassion and understanding that we were shown was above and beyond the call of duty. I will recommend this business to every pet owner I know. We took our elderly dog here after she was hit by a car, they were so sweet and helpful. They lovingly and honestly guided us through the grieving process and went above what was called for in the situation. I can’t thank them enough for everything.
I have been impressed with Well Pets each time we have visited, but especially today as we said a final farewell to one of our two min pins. Dr. Opp is so knowledgeable and compassionate. The support staff are all empathetic and caring as well. So glad to have this practice to care for our pets.
I love Well Pets! They are truly concerned and take the time to listen. Everyone is so nice and they all want kisses from Simba when he goes in.
