This was my second time at Well Pets...but first time during the after hours emergency. My little Talullah had gotten a tick embedded behind her ear and I felt uneasy with how the area looked around it after trying to extract it myself. I called them to ask for advice and they immediately gave me some...I was still uncertain so I brought her there myself. I brought my dog for an emergency after-hour visit. The staff was very caring and seemed genuinely concerned about her. We were seen quickly and informed that if we had any other questions or concerns we could call. I later received a follow-up call to check on my girl. They were very friendly and made me feel that my pet was important. Well Pets will now be my first choice when I have concerns about my pet's health.

Once I moved to the Irmo area I began to take my Persian to you. She was diagnosed a month ago with cancer and the staff was wonderful. I could call with questions about pain maintenance and meds any time. The doctors and staff were so gentle with my Asia when I brought her in for her last visit. They were very understanding and accommodating allowing me to have as much alone time as I needed to say goodbye. Staff and doctors are great. Thank you all and thank you for the sweet card.

Well pets ruined my dog. After finding him heart worm positive kept him on the wrong medication for a year and made it worse and after the treatment held my dog hostage until we payed the money that we felt they did not deserve due to bad advice about how to deal with the heart worms. And his hair won't grow back in the spot they shaved for the treatment which was not necessary either!!!! They ruined my beautiful dog

I have a 3year old Pekingese who has allergies. He was chewing every part of his body I spent thousands of dollars trying to get him relief but nothing really worked. It broke my heart that I couldn't help him then I went to well pets. He hasn't itched since! You are truly my super hero! I can't thank you enough!
