We bought an Artesian spa from Casual Patio, and it leaked after it was installed due to a manufacturing defect. The Artesian spa people were extremely unhelpful, but Ed stepped in to make sure that we got a new one. We haven't had a problem since (it was very clear that the company is not used to dealing with problems since their spas normally don't have any issues).
