The staff should be respectful of patrons and their health by abiding by the mask mandate. Three people spoke to me within touching distance had I reached out my arm yet no one was wearing a face covering (except me- you’re welcome). Masks can be annoying but they lower the risk of spreading and contracting a deadly disease for which we have no cure but apparently the staff’s discomfort is superior to human lives. I will absolutely not patronize a business that has no respect for the well being of their customers.
RecommendedThe guys at Castrol are the best, and had me in-and-out in under 20 minutes! As an added bonus, I awarded them with the lug nut socket jammed in place by Jiffy Lube less than an hour earlier. Oh, did I fail to mention that I now need to have Cadillac sell me a replacement lug that was rounded smooth by the Jiffy Lube knuckleheads having used a 24mm socket in lieu of 23mm? That will probably run me another $75.00 plus labor. The good news is that my oil is probably so clean that I can drink it! Thanks again Castrol for gettin... read more
I highly recommend this place! I received excellent service! They changed my oil, checked all my fluids and added fluids, tire pressure,etc. and I was out of there in 10 minutes! The owner and the service men were all very friendly and professional!.
