It was my first time here, and they are so friendly and attentive. They even have cameras in the lobby that show what is occurring in the shop. This is a very transparent business practice after some issues other oil and lube places have had with employees not actually performing work. I will definitely be back.
Had my 10 year old Armada oil changed, got to meet the owner, etc. Great experience, honest, did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Will be going back. They also offer a free 4 month roadside assistance program with each oil change, good for flat tire, locked in keys, battery jump, towing etc. An honest couple who own the business, not a franchise and they get to do their business their way, ie honest, clean, family friendly place. This was my first time coming here I got a coupon in the mail and decided to try it out. That place was awesome and They earned my business. And they were definitely like the sign says Female Friendly. Brett the owner was awesome he was very knowledgeable and didn't try to up sale me in any way. He even made sure I had road side assistance because I told him I was heading out of town tomorrow. Sheri is a client of Salon Unique where I am a stylist. She stopped in this morning offering to take our car for us to get the oil changed! She said she is offering pick up for anyone local in need of service. Such a life saver! Great customer service. She called me with updates while she was gone and allowed me to pay over the phone when they were finished. When she returned my car she gave me a full rundown of all my services and things to keep an eye on. Give them a call!! You'll get 5 star service!
