RecommendedEvery time I come here for service (4 years now) I am always treated with the upmost kindness and respect. They are not just offering great service, but they offer hospitality; there is huge difference. They never try to sell you services or products that you don’t need, they are very honest. I’m very glad, and frankly proud, to have a business like this in town; it’s rare and VERY much appreciated.
Just left after having an oil change at Castrol Premium Lube Express. What a great bunch of people to have taking care of your car. The place is clean, they are fast and they are locally owned with owner’s present - at least every time I’ve been there. I trust them with my Corvette, Cadillac and F150. I highly recommend this business.
Honest Prices, Super Quick Service, Genuine People! My whole family uses Burleson Castrol for our combined total of 7 vehicles. Even through a pandemic, Brett and his team pivoted, and have found a way to continue to offer reliable services while keeping customers SAFE. I came in on a busy Saturday morning, and the team changed my oil, rotated my tires, and inspected my vehicle... all in about 45 minutes. They even ordered an air filter for me so that I did not have to worry about it. I am a customer for life!
Crazy fast service! Friendly staff, very affordable, I never even got out of my car! Offered me bottled water, but I wouldn’t have had time to open it, they were that fast! These guys had me back on the road in just minutes! No more 1.5 hour wait at the dealership! I will continue to take all 3 vehicles here...
After being to 2 different places this morning, one with a 3 hr wait and one that denied me service because my bmw didn’t have a dip stick. I stopped here and let me tell you ! Sheri was sooooo amazing 😍 she definitely earned my business for life I will never go to another place again! Her customer service was phenomenal and her staff was just as amazing as her! It was quick and convenient and a pleasant experience. Thank you all so much I felt like my business was more then appreciated. 🙏🏻
