Castrol Premium Lube Express in Corpus Christi, Tx has been a consistently professional and trustworthy place to get an oil change for years. I've gone through 4 vehicles and before anything else, I take it straight there to get serviced. The gentleman's fast, friendly, and does the job right. All my closest friends and family rely on his services.

Crack head with attitude no good up front desk
After getting a bad filter and almost damaging my engine they acted like they were doing me a favor by making it right when asked for a courtesy future oil change was told I didn’t ask for after being a loyal customer this was an putting salt in a wound should have blown the motor and sued

Awful. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Waited for a while before worker came over for inspection. We waited in the small cramped waiting area and watched a worker outside with cars smoking. We were called over to pay. Never told that our car did not pass inspection and why. We read it on the paper left in the car. No customer service whatsoever. Never will come to this or any location, nor will I ever buy Castro’s products. I will never recommend them either.
