It's difficult to get an appointment, I can't email my doctor yet. I really like Sonya Reyes, but in order to get a message to her, I have to hand-deliver it. The front desk can be unresponsive at times. The worst was when I had bronchitis with a severe cough, and I called all day from 8:30 to 5 & was told repeatedly that an Rx had been faxed to the pharmacy. It never was. I called the after-hours physician Dr. Nguyen (who I think is also the manager of CMHS.) It took him 10 minutes to do what the receptionist could not do f... read more
