Their staff is cordial, especially front office staff, but some of the supervisors are not friendly at all. If someone asked me to suggest a good nursing home in the area, it wouldn't be this place. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Other options, other places...would not be first choice.

Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Think twice before sending your loved one to live here! This place is a joke! They are constantly getting tagged from the state,and not just documentation. These are serious tag's! The last time I was in the building,August of 08 the maintenance man was trying to hide black mold that was found in one of the rooms on the skilled unit. They were keeping this a secret from residents, their families and the state board of health.
